Anyone can challenge LEED certification

Would you be surprised to learn that literally anyone could challenge a LEED certification issued by the U.S. Green Building Council? Would you be surprised that that challenge could occur at any time after certification?

While this may sound a bit crazy, the recent stated procedures of the USGBC worked just that way.
